Privacy note
This note covers the TutNook website and early-access list. We'll publish a full privacy policy before the product launches.
What we collect
- Your email address, which you give us when you ask for early access.
- Optional answers: the plan you're interested in, what you teach, and roughly how many students you have.
- Basic context: your approximate country (from our hosting provider), which currency you saw, the page and link that brought you here, and your browser type.
- Anonymous usage data through Cloudflare Web Analytics and PostHog — pages viewed, which link brought you here, and which buttons get used. We don't set advertising cookies and we don't record your screen.
We don't collect any information about students or children on this website.
Why we collect it
To let you know when your spot opens, to send a few short updates about what we're building, and to decide which features and countries to prioritise.
Where it's stored
Early-access sign-ups are stored in a private Google Sheet that only the TutNook team can access. We don't sell or share your information with anyone for marketing.
Your choices
Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email [email protected] and we'll respond within 7 days. If you're in India, you have these rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
